Public Dedication of the Organization and Book publishing:- 

The social organization Swajan Foundation was inaugurated by Mr. Ramesh and Mrs. Seema Dev. The publication ceremony of the ‘Mai Savarkar’ book was held on Saturday 30th November 2019 in Thane. The book was written by the well-known Nivedika Sadhana Yogesh Joshi and published by Vyas Creations. Marathi film superstars Ramesh Dev and Seema Dev were the chief guests at the event.

 

1. EDUCATION

• ​10 students have been provided school uniforms and school fees by the organization.

• Medical aid was provided to a poor tribal boy from Baman Pada, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane.

• During the Covid period for online education, ten students from the area who did not have an Android phone were provided with an Android phone to study. Also, 2 tabs were given to the needy students.

          2. GIVEING BACK TO SOCIETY

​

• Distribution of Sweets in many tribal areas on Diwali occasions.

• Distribution of clothes and necessities to the workers working on the brick kiln in Bhiwandi.

• Distribution of necessities of life in Wanprastha old age home and Balikashram at Bhiwandi Angaon and presentation of the entertainment program.

 

3. WORK DURING CORONA

 

• Provided three months of groceries to women rickshaw pullers in the Thane area and also helped three poor families ₹ 15000 (i.e. ₹ 5000/- each)

•  Financial assistance of ₹ 9000 per month for the treatment of cancer-stricken auto-rickshaw drivers.

•  Financial assistance to 10 people ₹ 4,000 each in the difficult time of Corona for the needy artists who have a stomach for art.

• An immunity booster kit was distributed to women rickshaw pullers in Thane and surrounding areas to increase their immunity. 90 kits worth ₹ 1000 each were distributed.

पुस्तक प्रकाशन आणि संस्थेचे लोकार्पण

सुप्रसिद्ध निवेदिका साधना योगेश जोशी लिखित आणि व्यास क्रिएशन्स प्रकाशित माई सावरकरांचा जीवनपट मांडणारं सर्वसमावेश पहिलं वहिलं पुस्तक 'स्वातंत्र्यवीरांच्या पत्नी - माई सावरकर'. या पुस्तकाचा प्रकाशन सोहळा शनिवार दिनांक ३० नोव्हेंबर रोजी ठाण्यात पार पडला.
मराठी चित्रपटाचे सुपरस्टार रमेश देव आणि सीमा देव या कार्यक्रमाला प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून उपस्थित होते.

१. गरजू विद्यार्थ्यांना शैक्षणिक मदत

 

• आजतागायत १० विद्यार्थ्यांना शालेय गणवेश व शालेय फी संस्थेतर्फे देण्यात आली आहे. बामण पाडा, तालुका भिवंडी जिल्हा ठाणे येथील एका आदिवासी गरीब मुलाला वैद्यकीय मदत मिळवून दिली.

२. समाजाला परत देणे

​

• दिवाळीला अनेक पाड्यांवर दिवाळी फराळाचं वाटप

• भिवंडीतील वीट भट्टीवर काम करणाऱ्या मजुरांना कपड्यांचे आणि जीवनावश्यक वस्तूंचे वाटप

• भिवंडी अनगाव येथील वानप्रस्थ वृद्धाश्रम व बलिकाश्रमात जीवनावश्यक वस्तूचे वाटप तसेच मनोरंजक कार्यक्रमाचे सादरीकरण.

३. कोरोना काळातील कार्य

​

• ठाणे परिसरातील महिला रिक्षा चालकांना तीन महिन्यांचा किराणा दिला तसेच तीन गरीब कुटुंबाना प्रत्येकी ५००० प्रमाणे १५०००₹ ची मदत केली.

• कॅन्सरग्रस्त रिक्षाचालकाच्या उपचारासाठी महिना ३००० प्रमाणे ९०००₹ ची आर्थिक मदत केली.

• कलेवर पोट असणाऱ्या गरजू कलाकारांना कोरोना च्या ह्या खडतर काळात प्रत्येकी ४ हजार प्रमाणे १० जणांना आर्थिक मदत.

• ठाणे व परिसरातील महिला रिक्षा चालकांना प्रतिकार शक्ती वाढवण्यासाठी immunity booster kit चे वाटप, १०००₹ किमतीचे ९० kit वाटण्यात आले.​
